Scheid Electric provides electrical services to residential and commercial customers. By submitting a quote request or contact form on our website you are requesting an estimate or inquiry response and are not entering into a binding service agreement.

All service agreements are formalized through a separate written proposal or contract signed by both parties. Scheid Electric reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion.

Estimates provided through our website or by phone are non-binding and subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, or scope changes identified during the service visit.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services rendered by Scheid Electric are as agreed upon in the written service agreement or proposal provided to the customer. General payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

• Deposits may be required for large projects and will be specified in the service agreement.

• Past due balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Arizona law.

• Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

5. Licensing and Insurance

Scheid Electric LLC is a licensed electrical contractor in the State of Arizona. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance as required by Arizona law. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.

6. Warranty

Scheid Electric warrants all labor performed to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modification by the customer or third parties.

• Damage caused by acts of nature, power surges, or conditions outside our control.

• Equipment or materials not supplied by Scheid Electric.

Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate from and in addition to our labor warranty. We will assist customers in pursuing manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.

7. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form you agree to receive text messages from Scheid Electric LLC. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Scheid Electric LLC. The following terms apply to our SMS communications:

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and conditions outside our control. Scheid Electric LLC is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to carrier issues.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Scheid Electric LLC. By opting in you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by texting START to our number or by resubmitting the contact form with SMS consent checked.
